Not satisfied with your order?
KOEL always strives to make our customers happy with our products, but we do not accept returns unless the items shipped out are incomplete, damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item. In these circumstances, we can refund or exchange the items, but we do not refund the cost of shipping, taxes or other levies. When you return an item to us, we are not responsible if it is lost in transit. If your purchase arrives damaged due to postal delivery, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your item so we can make a proper claim report.
Do keep in mind that the colors you see in the images from our website may differ from the actual product colour.
All valid claims should be notified to us within 7 business days after receiving the purchased item. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your item is sent back to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of refunds. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your previous mode of transaction for that particular item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All exchanges must first be authorised via email prior to shipping it back to us. Items returned to us without proper email authrorisation will not be approved. Please contact us with your order details and attached photo if necessary, at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us for an exchange must be declared as “Returned Goods” in your respective custom declaration forms. We are not liable for any damages or lost items in transit.
Upon receiving your items, we will issue the exchange within 3-5 business days. Exchanges may be subjected to stock availability, in which we will contact you for further discussion.
KOEL will be responsible for the postal or courier costs of shipping exchanged goods back to you.
