Here’s how you can order from KOEL:
Login to your account if you are a returning customer. Please note that you will have to register an account with us if you wish to make any form of purchase. To register for a new account or login to an existing account, click the Login/Register button found at the top right corner of our homepage.
Browse through our website to see what we have in store. You may use the categories provided at the top of the page to navigate your way through our products and services. Once you have decided on your purchase item, select your desired option, quantity and click “Add To Cart”. From there, you can choose to continue shopping or checkout now for payment. You may be prompted to login from here if you have yet to do so. Please refer to Step 1 for information on logging into or signing up for your account.
Once you arrive at the checkout page, a summary of your shopping cart will be displayed with details of the items added to your cart. Check through the details of your items to ensure you’re purchasing the right items. You may remove an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the cross/bin icon next to the product.
Enter your preferred delivery address in the same checkout page, found below your item details. Confirm that all mailing addresses are correctly entered to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
If you have a valid promotion or discount code, enter the code in the Discount box at Checkout and click “Apply Discount”. The discount will automatically be reflected in the grand total payable.
Read through our Terms & Conditions before proceeding with an order. Click on your preferred payment mode. Click on “Review Order” and then “Confirm Order” to proceed with your purchase.
You will be redirected to the secured site based on your preferred payment mode. Key in your payment details, and after you ensure that everything is correct you may proceed to confirm the payment. You will be automatically brought back to the store, in which you will receive a confirmation receipt. You will also receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Payments can also be made through PayPal that accepts all major credit and bank cards. All prices are fixed at SGD (S$). You will automatically receive a payment and order confirmation once your payment is successful. An invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address once you successfully place an order. Paid orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the day of your payment confirmation.
We place utmost importance on your online privacy and security. All orders and payment are processed securely through Shopify. Security checks are also made on all transactions to ensure payment authenticity.
